How do you raise your vibration and thrive everyday?

#1. Doing something that you enjoy not only improves your mood but raises your vibration quickly. High vibrations are what we need in order to manifest the things we desire.
When you think something negative or experience something negative, quickly think of 3 positive things!! This instantly flips the switch!The law of attraction teaches to follow your bliss as much as possible….do what makes you feel good… follow your excitement. This will keep your vibration high.

#2. Speak positive words into your life every single morning. Think Big. Think Healing. Think Success. Think Growth. Think Peace. Think Happiness. Think Growth Mindset. Start the day believing in everything you want Will be yours. Do not get hung up on the How. Believe the things you desire will manifest for you.
The Universe & God hear you and will move things for you and clear the pathway for you to make it your Reality.

#3 Today start practicing Gratefulness regularly.
Gratefulness blocks negative and toxic emotions like envy, resentment, regret and depression which can lead to the destroying of all happiness.Find things all day long to be grateful for and see your perspective change!
It is impossible to feel envious and grateful at the same time for example, so look around you and note the things to be grateful for.
